Guided multisensorial Nature immersionsTM focus on awakening and/or immersing additional senses beyond our 5 core senses, in order to enhance our executive performance and leadership skills.
In addition to forest bathing techniques, they integrate elements from other Nature-rooted practices, such as animal tracking and friluftsliv.
Guided multisensorial Nature immersionsTM typically last 2.5-4.5 hours and is an experience structured in 5 steps:
- Create conditions for Nature connection
- Immerse 5 core senses
- Switch brain to alpha wave (and unlock intuition)
- Learn via embodied learning modules
- Integrate benefits for return into day to day life
Guided multisensorial Nature immersionsTM are been designed to bring our brainwaves in a wavelength called alpha where our executive performance is enhanced: intuition is unlocked, we access both unconscious and conscious information, process information 500,000 times faster than in traditional problem-solving mode, our imaginal sense is stimulated and our thinking becomes visualization-driven.
With our brain in alpha waves, we notice change in our problem-solving and decision-making skills, our creativity is boosted, and we are in the best possible to practice resilience.
With regular practice, we learn to immerse up to 10 of our senses in Nature, many of them being awakened for the first time.
Once in alpha wave mode, our sensory body becomes a formidable learning tool, a process called embodied learning (or embodied cognition).
