Ph.D. in microbiology and cellular biology & facilitator
Laurence worked for many years as a researcher in the public and private sector. She has lived in Sweden since 2002, where she spends a lot of time in the forest to resource herself, as she was already doing in her native Limousin in France. In 2017, she discovered Shinrin Yoku and ANFT (Association of Nature & Forest therapy). Love at first sight: she became a certified forest bathing and forest therapy guide. Her scientific mind and her love for the forest have found their place. 2019 Laurence founded Sense in Nature and today she invites her participants to enter the wonderful world of openness to the senses and to the living.
She works for the (re) connection of humans to nature and its integration into the thinking process in order to promote sensitive, enlightened and life-inspired decisions. She sees this connection as the essential basis for the evolution of a sustainable world and a harmonious life between all beings of our beautiful planet.
Laurence is a member of the French-speaking Federation of Shinrin Yoku and sylvotherapy practitioners, En Chemin Vers and of the Association of Nature & Forest Therapy.
